Bryan began with the ambition to become a fighter pilot. Military service established foundations of discipline, responsibility and performance under pressure.

He moved into banking and trading while raising a young child, progressing through major institutions including Barclays, Halifax and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Merchant acquiring and international growth
Senior roles at AIB Merchant Services, Worldpay and Secure Trading developed deep experience in acquiring, gateway services, FX, treasury, alternative payments and regulated commercial partnerships.
Experience across major regions
Bryan’s work has spanned the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Asia and the Middle East, together with historic pre-sanctions market experience in Russia. His perspective is grounded in local payment behaviour, regulation, partnerships and the practical realities of entering new markets.
Company setup and international execution
Extensive practical experience in corporate services and international business advisory, covering company formation and setup, operational execution, directorship responsibilities, governance, and coordination of tax and compliance requirements with qualified local advisers.
Experience spans Southeast Asia, the GCC including the UAE, the EU, Canada, the UK and the CIS. CIS experience is historical; current engagements require jurisdiction and sanctions checks.
Commercial Pilot Licence
Alongside his corporate career, Bryan trained privately and qualified as a commercial pilot.
